Northwest Association for Death Education & Bereavement Support’s quarterly gathering at the 18th Avenue Peace House features June Vining on Emotional First Aid – How to “Just Be There” in the Immediacy of Trauma/Crisis. Thursday, July 7, 11:30am-1:30pm.

On July 28 the documentary based on Atul Gawande’s conversation-changing work, Being Mortal, will be screened free at OHSU. More info.
